How can i fix my Micro SD/Reader? - kingston micro sd reader

If I put my Micro SD reader with 2GB SD Kingston plug in the back, and try to open it from my computer tells me I need to format. When I try, it takes about 5 minutes before he gave me the message "Windows could not complete format".
I had to format in Disk Management to try from there, and no joy, I tried to delete the partition, but the option is grayed out.
I can use the Diskpart command prompt, it's not a drive is a flash drive.
