BP visa credit card? - green bp chase visa card

I had my first green card, the logo of your Chase BP Visa card. I've read everything I 500 credit line 500, in cash on hand. Is that in 1000, only 500 in total. This card will only be used worldwide to BP or Visa logo? Thanks for the help
