Is it safe to have elective surgery if you have vasovagal syncope? - can vasovagal syncope be successfully treated

I had fainting due to blood donation, emotional shock, etc. .. And in a month I am with a planned operation, and I wonder whether it is safe for me, so low? And if not, why? and it is, how can I prepare?
